2. With the aim of aligning and consolidating the efforts made in the field of special needs care.
3. WHY? In order to serve the community by gathering its people to help those who feel in need.

             2.  History? When started by whom??   
   By Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may his soul rest in peace) and H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President, issued, during his tenure as Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.                                                          When? The Law No. (2) dated April 19, 2009.

What Needs need to be met?  

Developing skills in participants for example listening and communication that would help me as a volunteer to be understandable to others need.

7.   General profile of a volunteer – Who would/should get involved? Why would you?

    The student who would like to serve in first place his country and community to live a life helpful to others and who would like to feel new experiences and emotions toward others.

Yes, because we are human beings we all can reach the top.

  Does every human being have the capability of reaching that level?

No, because some people don't have the basic needs like food, water and property.

What are the opportunities are needed to get to the higher level?

You got to have a lot of confidence in yourself, and when you see a chance to achieve something grab it and achieve it, don't waste the chances.

 What are the obstacles could stand in the way of reaching these levels?

Living in a bad environment where there are no safety, have low self esteem about yourself and doing nothing, being not creative.

5.      

What could you do to help others to reach the higher levels?

By helping them to surpass the basic needs by supporting them, encouraging them to have acceptance about themselves and be more creative.
